- Location: 221 Pangyo Station-ro, Bundang-gyo, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, B1 Grand Canyon Auditorium (10 minutes walk from Pangyo Station)
★To prevent COVID-19 infection, you cannot enter if you do not wear a mask, and you cannot eat indoor food and beverages, so please refer to this.
★Please make sure to bring your ID and passport to identify yourself.
★ Food is prohibited when entering.
★You cannot enter if your body temperature is high above 37.5 degrees.
★ Signatures are only available for albums received on the same day.

1. 당첨자중 구매시 Zoom ID를 기재하지 않으신 분은 메일로 Zoom ID(이메일 형식)를 보내주시길 바랍니다. (contact@crossiden.com)
2. 아래 당첨자 순서로 순차적으로 통화가 진행되며, Staff가 Zoom으로 통화를 시도합니다.
3. 08/07 일 오후 5시부터 진행되며 1분 30초씩 모든 멤버를 순차적으로 통화합니다. 통화를 유지해주시길 바랍니다.
4. 통화 연결음은 최소 30초동안 유지되며 통화 연결 불가시 모든 통화 종료후 1회 재통화를 시도합니다.
※재통화 연결이 안될 경우 팬사인회 영상통화는 종료됩니다.

2.以下の当選者順に順番に通話が行われ、StaffがZoomに通話を試みます。
3.08/07日の午後5時から行われ、1分30秒ずつ、全メンバーと順次通話します。 通話を維持してください。
4.通話連結音は少なくとも30秒間維持され、通話連結が不可能な場合はすべての通話終了後、1回の再通話を試みます。
※再通話接続ができない場合、ファンサイン会のビデオ通話は終了となります。

Precautions
1. If you did not write down your Zoom ID when purchasing, please send your Zoom ID (email format) by e-mail. (contact@crossiden.com)
2. The call will proceed in order of the winners below, and Staff will try to make a call to Zoom.
It will be held from 5 p.m. on 08/07 and all members will be called sequentially for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Please keep the call.
4. The call connection tone is maintained for a minimum of 30 seconds, and if the call is not connected, a call will be attempted once after all calls are terminated.
※If the call cannot be reconnected, the video call at the fan signing event will be terminated.
