주의사항

1. 당첨자중 구매시 Zoom ID를 기재하지 않으신 분은 메일로 Zoom ID(이메일 형식)를 보내주시길 바랍니다. (contact@crossiden.com)

2. 아래 당첨자 순서로 순차적으로 통화가 진행되며, Staff가 Zoom 통화를 시도합니다.

3. 1/31 오후8시분부터 진행되며 2분씩 5명의 멤버를 순차적으로 통화합니다. 통화를 유지해주시길 바랍니다. 

4. 통화 연결음은 최소 30초동안 유지되며 통화 연결 불가시 모든 통화 종료후 1회 재통화를 시도합니다.

 ※재통화 연결이 안될 경우 팬사인회 영상통화는 종료됩니다.

2. 以下の当選者の順に順番に通話が進み、StaffがZoom通話を試みます。

3. 1月31日午後8時から行われ、2分ずつ5人のメンバーと順番に通話します。 通話を維持してください。

4.  通話接続音は最低30秒間維持され、通話接続不可の場合、全ての通話終了後に1回再通話を試みます。

 ※再通話がつながらない場合、ファンサイン会の映像通話は終了します。

precautions

2. Calls will be made sequentially in the order of the winners below, and Staff will attempt to make a Zoom call.

3. It starts at 20:00(KST). on January 31st and calls 5 members 2 minute in order. Please keep the call.

4. The call connection will be maintained for at least 30 seconds and if no call is made, the call will be re-dialed once after all calls are closed.

 ※If the re-call is not connected, the video call at the fan signing event will be closed.
