주의사항
1. 당첨자중 구매시 Zoom ID를 기재하지 않으신 분은 메일로 Zoom ID(이메일 형식)를 보내주시길 바랍니다. (contact@crossiden.com)
2. 아래 당첨자 순서로 순차적으로 통화가 진행되며, Staff가 Zoom 통화를 시도합니다.
3. 06/18 오후5시부터 진행되며 1분30초씩 6명의 멤버를 순차적으로 통화합니다. 통화를 유지해주시길 바랍니다.
4. 통화 연결음은 최소 30초동안 유지되며 통화 연결 불가시 모든 통화 종료후 1회 재통화를 시도합니다.
※재통화 연결이 안될 경우 팬사인회 영상통화는 종료됩니다.

2. 以下の当選者順に順番に通話が行われ、StaffがZoom通話を試みます。
3. 06/18午後5時から行われ、1分30秒ずつ6人のメンバーと順次通話します。 通話を維持してください。
4. 通話接続音は最低30秒間維持され、通話ができない場合はすべての通話終了後に1回再通話を試みます。
※再通話ができない場合、ファンサイン会ビデオ通話は終了します。

precautions
1. If you have not entered your Zoom ID at the time of purchase, please send your Zoom ID (email format) by email. (contact@crossiden.com)
2. The call will be made in the order of the winners below, and Staff will try to make a Zoom call.
3. It will be held from 5 p.m. on June 18th, and 6 members will be called sequentially for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Please keep the call.
4. The call connection tone is maintained for at least 30 seconds, and if the call cannot be connected, try to call again once after all calls are terminated.
※If the re-call cannot be connected, the video call at the fan signing event will end.
