  (현장에서 포스트잇 검사가 진행될 예정입니다. 이름 외 기타 질문을 적은 포스트잇이 있을 경우 회수 조치될 수 있습니다.)

★ Please make sure to bring your ID and passport to verify your identity.
★ Only the page you want to sign and the post-it you wrote [To.] can be attached to the photo book.
    Post-its with questions other than names are not possible, so please understand this.
   (Post-it inspection will be conducted at the site. If there is a post-it with questions other than the name, it may be recalled.)
★ Food is prohibited when entering.
★ Signs are only available for albums paid on the same day.

당첨을 축하드립니다!!! 

- 일시 : 2024년 4월 7일 (일요일) 대면 팬사인회 종료 후

주의사항

1. 당첨자중 구매시 KakaoTalk ID를 기재하지 않으신 분은 메일로 KakaoTalk ID를 보내주시길 바랍니다. (contact@crossiden.com)

2. 아래 당첨자 순서로 순차적으로 통화가 진행되며, Staff가 KakaoTalk으로 통화를 시도합니다.

3. 4월 7일 대면 팬 사인회 종료 후 진행되며 선택하신 멤버와 순차적으로 통화합니다.

4. 통화 연결음은 최소 30초동안 유지되며 통화 연결 불가시 모든 통화 종료후 1회 재통화를 시도합니다.

※ 재통화 연결이 안될 경우 팬사인회 영상통화는 종료됩니다.

- Date and time:  April 7, 2024 (Sunday) After the face-to-face fan signing event 

precautions
1. If you don't have the KakaoTalk ID on your purchase, please send the KakaoTalk ID by e-mail. (contact@crossiden.com )
2. The calls will be made sequentially in the order of the winners below, and Staff will try to make a call with KakaoTalk.
3. It will be held after the face-to-face fan signing event on April 7th and will be on the phone with the selected members sequentially.
4. The call connection tone is maintained for a minimum of 30 seconds, and if the call cannot be connected, try one more call after all calls are terminated.
※ If the re-call cannot be connected, the video call of the fan signing event will be terminated.

- 日時 : 2024年4月7日 (日曜日) 対面ファンサイン会終了後

注意事項
1. ご購入いただいたカカオトークのIDがなければ、カカオトークのIDをメールでお願いします。 (contact@crossiden.com )
2. 通話は以下の当選者順に順次進行され、職員はカカオトークで通話を試みる予定です。
3. 4月7日の対面ファンサイン会終了後に行われ、選択したメンバーと順次通話します。
4. 通話連結音は少なくとも30秒間維持され、通話がつながらない場合、すべての通話が終了した後、もう一つの通話を試みます。
※ 再通話ができない場合、ファンサイン会のビデオ通話は終了します。
